Margo Holder – International Celebrity Hair & Make Up Artist

Margo Holder, founder of Make Up Atelier UK, is an internationally recognised hair and make up artist with a career spanning more than two decades. She began her professional journey in 1997 in Paris at the prestigious Institut Technique du Maquillage (ITM), where she trained under the renowned Aïda Carange in beauty, fashion, film, and television make up.

After completing her studies, Margo quickly established herself within the creative industries, working across music videos, fashion shows, television, film, and advertising. Over the years, she has built an impressive portfolio and earned a reputation as a respected artist within the global beauty and advertising sectors.

Margo is widely recognised for her ability to create cutting‑edge beauty trends, and her work continues to influence both editorial and commercial aesthetics. Alongside her professional artistry, she is a dedicated educator. She has taught at the Westminster Adult Education Service and now leads the educational vision at the newly established Make Up Atelier UK.

Her teaching style blends technical precision with creativity, offering students a rare opportunity to learn directly from a working artist with extensive international experience. Margo’s passion, wisdom, and industry insight inspire students to develop confidence, refine their craft, and pursue successful careers in beauty and fashion.

Charlene Campbell – Stylist, Journalist & Presenter

Charlene Campbell is a multi‑disciplinary fashion professional whose career spans styling, journalism, digital content creation, and PR consultancy. With a thriving media and PR business at StyleNews.co.uk, Charlene continues to expand her influence within the fashion and beauty industries.

Charlene began her journey at the London College of Fashion, studying Design and Technology while gaining hands‑on experience with designers such as Russell Sage, Nicole Farhi, and couture designer Adebayo Jones. Her career soon took her to the USA, where she worked closely with celebrity clients on wardrobe planning and event styling.

Upon returning to London, Charlene joined FHM Collections, contributing to trend direction and editorial content. She later became Fashion Editor for a music and lifestyle magazine, while also working on freelance projects for publications including The Financial Times – How to Spend It, USA Today, and various charity fashion events.

Charlene went on to launch Annazbell.com, the UK’s first unisex digital fashion e‑zine, partnering with Microsoft’s MSN to reach a global audience. Her editorial work has appeared in L’Oréal Professionnel campaigns, AskMen, Lucire Magazine, Black Hair, and more.

Today, Charlene continues to work across fashion, journalism, and PR while teaching aspiring creatives through Style News’ mobile workshops. Her industry knowledge and dynamic approach make her an invaluable part of the Make Up Atelier UK teaching team.
